Lethal Dialect announces headline show at Whelan's

Any fan of Irish hip hop should know the name Lethal Dialect. The genre is going through a purple patch at the moment, but the famous quote “only by standing on the shoulders of giants…” springs to mind. Now known by his given name Paul Alwright, he paved the way for the new crop of Irish rappers. - District Magazine

Musician, actor and spoken word artist Paul Alwright has released four albums to date, three of which were released under the Lethal Dialect moniker.

Paul has collaborated and toured with artists such as Damien Dempsey and Maverick Sabre and has landed roles in the award-winning Cardboard Gangsters as well as films written by Roddy Doyle and John Connors.

Paul is currently working on his 5th album LD50 Part 3 set for release at the end of 2019. The album marks a return to his breakout LD50 series which helped cement Paul as a pioneer of irish hip-hop.

MPI Artists are delighted to announce a partnership with Paul / Lethal Dialect as he joins the roster of many other Irish legends at MPI and in celebration of the release of his new single ' The Irishman ' will be doing a select number of intimate shows around Ireland ahead of the upcoming album release.
