In 2007, Bruce Springsteen released Live in Dublin — a powerful celebration of folk music, community, and the joy of live performance. Nearly two decades on, that spirit is reborn on stage in spectacular fashion.

The Seeger Sessions Revival bring their biggest show to date to Dublin's iconic Vicar Street, marking the 20th anniversary of Live in Dublin with an unforgettable night of music, energy, and connection.

This isn't just a tribute — it's a full-throttle revival. Featuring a world-class ensemble of 13 musicians, the band captures the heart, soul, and explosive energy of Springsteen's legendary Seeger Sessions era. Expect rousing renditions of classics like "Old Dan Tucker," "O Mary Don't You Weep," and "Pay Me My Money Down" — delivered with the same foot-stomping, roof-raising intensity that made the original shows iconic.

From joyous singalongs to spine-tingling moments, this is a night that celebrates music at its most human — raw, communal, and alive.

One night. One stage. One celebration 20 years in the making.

The Seeger Sessions Revival, the electrifying 13-piece tribute to Bruce Springsteen’s legendary Seeger Sessions album and live shows, continues its hugely successful run into 2026, bringing its high-energy celebration of American folk, roots and brass-driven rock to stages across Ireland and the UK.

Inspired by Springsteen’s iconic 2006 Seeger Sessions recordings and tours, the band delivers a powerful two-hour show packed with fan favourites including Old Dan Tucker, Jesse James and American Land. Featuring fiddle, banjo, accordion, steel guitar, whistle, a driving rhythm section, a virtuosic four-piece brass section and soaring group vocal harmonies, the show is a joyful, foot-stomping experience that captures the raw spirit and spontaneity of the original performances.

Christopher Speer, banjo player and guitarist with the band, explains what drew him to the project:

“Aside from the songs themselves being timeless and brilliant, it was the looseness and freedom of Springsteen’s approach that really inspired me — along with the incredible musicianship of everyone involved.

As Bruce himself said, ‘It is not music being written, but music being made’, and that sums it up perfectly. It’s music that gets right inside you and makes you dance from the inside out. Even now, every night on stage feels special — especially when everything locks in and the brass launches into one of those extended solos. I still get goosebumps.”

Following several landmark years, The Seeger Sessions Revival has firmly established itself as one of the most authentic and exciting Springsteen tribute productions on the circuit. Highlights include sold-out tours across Ireland and the UK, a celebrated sold-out performance at LSO St Luke’s in London — the very venue where Springsteen brought his Seeger Sessions Band in 2006 — along with headline shows at The Button Factory in Dublin, Ulster Hall in Belfast, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, and Derry’s Millennium Forum.

A major career milestone came in 2025, when the band were invited to perform as part of Celtic Connections, becoming the first band ever to stage a concert at Glasgow’s iconic Emirates Arena. The historic performance marked a significant moment not only for the band, but for the venue itself, earning widespread praise and further cementing The Seeger Sessions Revival’s reputation as a must-see live act.

With momentum continuing to build, 2026 sees The Seeger Sessions Revival returning to key venues and new towns across Ireland and the UK, delivering the same sweat-soaked, brass-blazing celebration that has made the show essential viewing for Springsteen fans and live music lovers alike.
